Plixi ("we", "our", or "us") is a body composition calculator and patient tracking application for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app processes, how it is stored, and how you can delete it.
Plixi does not operate servers that store your personal health data. Patient profiles, measurements, photos, and other content you create in the app are saved only on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud backups of your app data on our own infrastructure.
Information We Collect
Data you enter in the app
When you use Plixi, you may enter information such as patient names, body measurements, skinfold readings, notes, photos, and profile settings. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Plixi-operated servers.
Usage and diagnostic data
To improve stability and understand how the app is used, Plixi may collect limited, mostly anonymous technical data through third-party services, such as app usage events, crash reports, device model, operating system version, and app version. This data is not linked to the patient or measurement content you store in the app.
Subscription and advertising data
If you subscribe to Plixi Premium or use the free version with ads, subscription status and advertising identifiers may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob according to their own privacy policies. Plixi does not receive or store your payment card details.
Data Storage
All personal content you create in Plixi remains on your device unless you choose to export it (for example, as a JSON file from Settings). Plixi does not sync this content to our servers. Because your data lives on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups of any exported files you choose to save elsewhere.
How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your data at any time using the methods below.
1. Delete the app (recommended)
Uninstalling Plixi from your device permanently removes all app data stored locally, including patient profiles, measurements, photos, and settings. This action cannot be undone unless you have previously exported a backup.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Plixi → Uninstall
- iOS: Touch and hold the Plixi icon → Remove App → Delete App
After you delete the app, Plixi stops collecting usage and diagnostic statistics from that device. No separate account deletion is required because Plixi does not store your personal app content on our servers.
2. Delete data inside the app
Before uninstalling, you can delete individual patients, measurements, or other records directly within the app. You can also export your data from Settings if you want a copy before deletion.

If you have questions about data deletion or need help related to privacy, contact us at tiroldesign@gmail.com. Because Plixi does not store your personal app content on our servers, most deletion requests are resolved by uninstalling the app from your device.
Data Sharing and Transfers
Plixi does not sell your personal health data. We do not transfer the patient or measurement content you store in the app to third parties. Limited technical data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app, such as analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, and advertising partners. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only receive the information needed to provide their services.
Third-Party Services
Plixi uses the following third-party services, which may collect technical or usage data independently of the content you store in the app:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)
- Sentry (error reporting and feedback)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Google AdMob (advertising in the free version)
Your Rights and Choices
You can access, edit, export, and delete the personal content stored in the app at any time through the app's settings and patient management features. Because your data is stored locally, you remain in control of it on your device. Children's Privacy
Plixi is intended for health and fitness professionals and adults managing body composition data. The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Plixi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
